Claudia
Elies graduated in art history from the University of Barcelona and the Università
degli studi di Bologna and in art theory from Goldsmiths, University of London.
She has worked at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA) for the
exhibition POESIA BROSSA and as coordinator of the Galeria Estrany - de la
Mota. She currently combines her tasks as head of the Visual Arts program at
Can Felipa with other curatorial projects. Among her projects are: Raíces por
defecto (2022) in Sala de Arte Joven (Madrid), ¡Perder el tiempo y encima
procurarse un reloj para este propósito! in Can Felipa (2019), Agencia en
porvenir: No todos visibles nada transparente in Centre d'Arts Santa Mònica
(2017).
